Request deletion
- Email contact@valorgraph.com from the email address linked to your Valorgraph account.
- Use the subject Delete my Valorgraph account and include your Valorgraph username, if you have one.
- We will verify that the request belongs to the account owner before processing it. Never send your password, login code, token or private key.
Verified requests are generally completed within 30 days. We will confirm when the request has been processed or explain if additional verification is required.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes or de-identifies the account profile and personal collection data associated with the account, including autograph records and stored photos, subject to limited information that may need to be retained for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
Some interactions involving other collectors, such as a message already delivered to another account, may be retained in de-identified form when needed to preserve the other person's conversation or protect the service.
If you used Facebook Login
You can also remove Valorgraph from Facebook under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Valorgraph → Remove. Removing the Facebook connection stops future Facebook login access, but it may not by itself delete data already stored in Valorgraph. Use the deletion request above to delete the Valorgraph account and associated data.
