Information we collect
When you create or use a Valorgraph account, we may receive your name, email address, username, profile images and a unique identifier from the sign-in method you choose. Valorgraph does not receive or store your password from third-party sign-in providers.
We store collection information you choose to add, including signer names, item details, photos, certificate information, provenance, reported purchase prices, estimates and privacy settings. Social features may store follows, likes, comments, messages and problem reports.
We also process limited technical and security information, such as request timestamps, approximate network information, upload metadata and rate-limit records, to operate the service and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use this information to provide accounts and collections, enforce privacy choices, display public records a collector has chosen to publish, deliver social features, calculate saved collection estimates, provide support and protect Valorgraph from fraud, spam and unauthorized access.
Private collections and private autograph records are not intended for public display. Valorgraph does not sell personal information.
Service providers and external links
Valorgraph uses service providers for hosting, database and image storage, authentication, security, email delivery and market-search features. They process information only as needed to provide their services to Valorgraph and under their own privacy terms.
If you choose Facebook or another external sign-in method, that provider processes the login under its own privacy policy. External event and marketplace links open the original third-party website; Valorgraph does not control those sites.
Retention, deletion and security
We retain account and collection information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. You may request account and data deletion using our Data Deletion Instructions.
Valorgraph uses server-side authorization, access controls, encrypted connections and other safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact
You control whether supported collection records are public or private. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@valorgraph.com. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, tokens or private keys by email.
