Using Valorgraph
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and use Valorgraph lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the content you submit.
Valorgraph is for signed collectibles. New collection records must represent an item that the submitting collector genuinely claims contains at least one autograph and must identify at least one signer.
Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant Valorgraph the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content according to your privacy settings and to operate the service.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, malicious files, unlawful material, private information belonging to others or misleading authentication claims. Public content may be viewed and shared by others.
Estimates, authentication and external services
Valorgraph documents collector-provided records but does not authenticate items. Certificate details, provenance and ownership claims remain the responsibility of the submitting collector.
Market estimates are informational ranges based on available comparable data. They are not appraisals, offers or guaranteed sale prices. Event information and external listings can change, and Valorgraph does not guarantee their authenticity, price, seller claims, availability or accuracy.
Safety and enforcement
You may not probe or bypass access controls, access another collector's private data, automate abusive requests, spam, impersonate others, upload malware or interfere with the service. Valorgraph may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect collectors, data or the platform.
Availability and contact
Valorgraph is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change as the early service develops, but existing data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by law, Valorgraph is not responsible for losses caused by third-party listings, events, authentication claims or market estimates.
